Prioritize Movement Speed (Silver Rings, Boots) early. Look for Ruby Amulets (Health). Use a good Loot Filter.
Always grab shrines. Damage-dealing shrines are very strong early on.
So essential Passive Point and Idol Slot quests as you encounter them for early power, rather than backtracking later.
Check vendors in towns for upgrades, especially early game gear.
Add Health and relevant Resistances (Void, Physical, Poison, Cold depending on the act) to gear, especially before difficult chapters (4, 5, 8, 9).
Use Town Portal (T) frequently to save time returning from objectives instead of walking. Right-click waypoints for instant travel.
Group up enemies including both Phoenixes and use AoE damage to clear.
Focus only on killing the plant monsters; drag them to the NPC. Aim to reach Level 4 before the first boss. If you got enough health potions, you can tank the boss easiliy.
Buy Movement Speed Boots, Silver Rings, Ruby Amulet. Look for a good two-hander, or bow and quiver.
Look for shrine on right. Path top-left. Prioritize killing plants. Aim for Level 5 and remember to specialize skill.
One of the toughest early zones, be cautious. Avoid pulling enemies to boss fight and dodge Phoenix.
Go left from town exit for a passive point. Kill Forged Soldier, click the object in the corner, exit through bottom, and talk to Heoborean soldier to collect passive point.
Grab shrine (often to the right). Kill Forged Soldier, go through the door, and talk to Keeper Balthas but run past without helping.
Run to the end, place a portal, and leave when flying enemy appears (no need to talk to NPC).
Check vendor if nearby for the same gear upgrades as before. Talk to Keeper Lena, then go right.
Hidden treasure chest near start, shrine often bottom-right. Cut through the middle to next zone.
Go bottom-right to grab the guaranteed strong Pike weapon. Exit at the top.
Boss (Armor Shred): Stay close to boss and don't move much as Pike melts him. After killing, TP out immediately - no need for waypoint or dialogue. Don't go right.
Talk to both Keeper Lena and Balthas first to start teleport timer, then check vendor quickly.
